WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping from our warehouse in Berlin using different delivery services, Mindfeederz reserve the right to decide which courier will be utilized after reviewing your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Address updates can be made within 48 hours from the time of the purchase. Please contact us at service@mindfeederz.shop.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We do not offer exchanges.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellation requests are not possible at this time.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Currently, we are not able to process returns from outside Germany. German customers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Before sending a return, please contact us at service@mindfeederz.shop. Please note that the returned product(s) must be in new, unused condition. The customer is responsible for the return fees.

PRE-ORDERS

We expect that pre-orders will be dispatched on the date listed on the product page. Please check the release date before purchasing to avoid misunderstanding. If you purchase a pre-order item(s) with in-stock item(s), they will be shipped altogether when all products are available.

PRODUCT INFO

We have carefully examined our images, descriptions, and specifications to guarantee accuracy. Please be aware that discrepancies in size, hue, and texture might happen.

PRODUCT CARE

We recommend washing garments inside out, at a maximum of 30 degrees. Do not utilize a dryer, and please refrain from ironing.

Unless otherwise specified, most garments are true to size. We recommend checking the size chart for the specific items and measuring them against your current clothing to determine the most suitable size for you.
