SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. When the order ships, an email will be sent to you including the tracking number. Every order is fully traceable through the website of the assigned shipping service. Lightweight orders to Germany are sent without tracking via Deutsche Post. 

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.

Our team works hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most items are made on demand, benefiting the environment by limiting mass production. We appreciate your understanding with extended processing times.

RATES

We offer worldwide shipping from our warehouse in Berlin using different delivery services, Mindfeederz reserve the right to decide which courier will be utilized after reviewing your order.

  • SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY – €7 (1 - 3 business days)
  • SHIPPING WITHIN EU – €15 (3 - 5 business days)
  • INTERNATIONAL – €23 (7 - 10 business days)

  • LIGHTWEIGHT ORDERS WITHIN GERMANY – €4 (1 - 3 business days)
  • LIGHTWEIGHT ORDERS OUTSIDE GERMANY – €10 (4 - 7 business days)

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

For all the countries outside the European Union, orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivery At Place) basis. Therefore, we will assume the shipping cost but import duties and taxes are not included in your final purchase price.

Customers will be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply at destination upon delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.

Customers may also assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

RETURNS

German customers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Before sending a return, please contact us at service@mindfeederz.shop. Please note that the returned product(s) must be in new, unused condition. The customer is responsible for the return fees.

Mindfeederz reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Currently we are unable to process returns from locations outside of Germany. Sales to the EU or overseas are final. We only allow exchanges for defective items and do not provide refunds.

Should your order have any damage, email us at service@mindfeederz.shop including your name, order number, and detailed images of the damaged product(s). Mindfeederz team will review the issue and find a solution.

Should an international order be returned to us without prior notice, we will reach out to arrange a further delivery or provide a credit on our online shop.
